Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all tour bookings, payments, and use of services provided by Elephant Retirement Park ("we," "us," "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking

A booking is complete when you submit the booking form and our system records your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed when our staff confirms it through the admin system.

2. Payment

Payments are processed through the Ksher payment gateway, which supports PromptPay, credit card, LINE Pay, AirPay, TrueMoney, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. All prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB).

If you choose to pay a 30% deposit, the remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments, including deposits and full payments, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Cancellation by the customer
  • Failure to show up on the scheduled date
  • Late arrival or missing the scheduled time
  • Change of travel plans
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Any other unforeseen events

4. Cancellation by Us

In the event that we cannot provide the service due to force majeure, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates. No cash refunds will be provided.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide true and accurate information when booking
  • You must follow all safety rules and instructions at the premises
  • You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your party
  • You must disclose any health conditions or medical restrictions that may affect participation in activities

6. Limitation of Liability

Elephant Retirement Park shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of our direct fault. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the total booking amount paid by you.

7. Intellectual Property

All information, content, logos, images, and media on this website are the property of Elephant Retirement Park and are protected by copyright law. No use is permitted without prior written authorization.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the Thai courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
